Where is apt based?

We Are a small jewellery business based out of Chandigarh, India.

How will my jewellery be packaged?

Protective box and a Thank you card.

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it after I place it?

To cancel your order, please send us an email to aaptcollection@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will process your cancellation and issue a refund to the same account within 3-4 working days. Please note that any cancellations requested after the 24-hour window will NOT be accepted and refunds will not be provided. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

How much is shipping where do you ship to?

All over India shipping is free above Rs.999/- and standard rates shall apply.

How long will my order take to ship?

Please expect 1-3 days of processing time before your order is dispatched.

I did not receive my order what can I do?

We Are not responsible for any kind of lost or stolen items once the package leaves our premises.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After initial processing time orders typically take 3 to 7 days business days to be received, please note: the timeline is approx. as shipping times are heavily dependent on the postal services disclaimers.

What is your return policy can I exchange or return a product?

We are unable to offer any returns or exchanges however if there are any problems with your purchase, please contact us on Aaptcollection@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Is COD available?

Cash on delivery is not available.
